ABOUT VIRGINIA COX

I am a freelance photographer producing Fine Art Photography. I am a native of West Virginia but have made my home in Cincinnati. I have studied photography through classes, seminars and workshops for 14 years.

I am a vendor of my work in community art shows in Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky. I have sold my photographs through art shows held in Madeira, Anderson, Wyoming, Montgomery, Mariemont, and Hyde Park in Cincinnati, Florence, Covington and Ft. Thomas, Kentucky. The Civic Garden Center and the Horticultural Society in Cincinnati and the Cincinnati Nature Center have also given me space at various times to show and sell my work as well as the Contemporary Art Center that displays and sell my photographic note cards.

I continue to study through seminars and workshops in the United States and Canada. In 2002, I also had the opportunity of attending a workshop in South Africa given by Canadian Photographer, Freeman Patterson as well as the Freeman Patterson/Andre Gallant workshop in Canada 2005.
